  • What are the delivery options?
    Singapore We only provide Store Pick-Up for domestic orders. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Alternatively, we will contact you via the phone number provided. International We provide standard shipping for international orders. Shipping fee depends on the weight of final order.
  • How do I place an order?
    Head over to our store and select your choices. To select from preferred labels, see the dropdown menu from "Store". Add to cart and fill in necessary details You will receive a confirmation email for your order (within 1-2 business days) For Singapore orders, we only offer Store Pick-Up as the delivery option. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept PayNow (for domestic customers), Paypal and most major credit/debit cards. In order to deter fraud you may be asked to provide payment verification, if you would like to forgo this step please check out using PayPal.
  • Can I exchange or receive a refund?
    No. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
  • When can I come to the store to pick-up my order?
    You can come down to our store during operating hours. Our store are open from Monday - Saturdays from 11am - 7pm. Sundays are open from 12pm - 6pm. Inform the staff your name and the record you are collecting and they will assist you.
  • Can I change my contact/delivery details after submitting order?
    You can't change your details after submitting order! However, you can always give us a call or drop us a text on WhatsApp at +65 8949 5022 and let us know your queries.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Singapore You can cancel your order by letting us through WhatsApp, call (+65 8949 5022) or dropping us a DM on Instagram. International Cancellation will be on case by case basis. Orders can not be cancelled if they have already been shipped. You can drop us a message via WhatsApp (+65 8949 5022) or email us and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Do we ship internationally?
    Yes, we do. For international orders, we will provide a tracking number. Orders will take up to 15 - 20 days and shipping fee depends on the weight of your order. All of this will reflect during check-out.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    For Singapore orders, we only do Store Pick-Up as a delivery option. We welcome you to our store anytime to pick up your order once you have received an email from us! For international orders, please allow 15 - 20 days for delivery.
